The bedrooms vary in size from small to very large, from standard to superior or deluxe. They are furnished in an elegant Venetian style, with silk covered walls, original Venetian floors, and equipped with all the modern comforts. Superior and deluxe rooms enjoy beuautiful views of Campo Santa Maria Formosa and are bigger in size. Some of the rooms are located in the nearby Annex, just next door.As there is no restaurant, breakfast is served individually by room service in the bedrooms, at a time specified by the guest. The building is actually a Palace, it's named Palazzo Malipiero, dates back to 1400 and contains traditional Venetian features and architecture as well as beautiful gothic arches. Despite the age of the building, it has been well preserved and blends in well with the surrounding architecture. There is no name sign outside, as the exterior may not be changed in any way.The residence is situated on the second floor (no lift) via the staircase. The reception area is made of a small desk, for checking guests in and out of the hotel, and it is placed in a beautiful, luminous lounge with view over the Campo. Decoration is in subtle blue with gilt furnishings. This property
